RESULTS OF THE EXHIBITION "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR ALL" WITHIN THE FRAMEWORKS OF IT FORUM HAD BEEN SUMMARIZED

June 8-9, in the capital of Ugra hosted an exhibition "Information technologies for all" in the framework of the VIII International IT Forum with the participation of BRICS and the SCO countries. Two days of the exhibition were rich in events.

105 companies, organizations and public institutions from almost a dozen Russian regions took part in the event. Among the exhibitors, there are the largest Russian developers and operators of information technologies in the energy sector, institutions of culture, healthcare, tourism, municipal entities of Ugra and the Tomsk region.

The exhibition covered all the main spheres of society's life: education, culture, medicine, public services and many others. Thus, the objective of the exhibition stand "IT in tourism" was the development of domestic tourism in Ugra, visitors could get acquainted with a mobile tour guide "My Ugra" for IPhone and Android, designed specifically for travelers. Guests of the exhibition also learnt about the online federal online travel guide for mobile devices "TopTripTip - Travel Guide in Russia" that includes an opportunity to plan a tour of the city, and a complete tourist route.

Nature and Man Museum held a presentation of multimedia educational and cultural projects at the stand IT in Culture. Among the projects there is "Meet the Archeology: Ugric Princess "; Animation story demonstrated through trivizor (3D-pyramid) - a modern device that allows to attract the audience's attention with spectacular volumetric presentation of museum objects on the basis of a dynamic 3D-computer animation. "Electronic library of Ugra", a presentation of the project "Oil Museum", an interactive online game "Heroes of myths and fairy tales of Finno-Ugric and Samoyed peoples," workshop "Sounds of Nature" - all this and much more could be seen on the stands of exhibitors in the "Culture" cluster.

Medical Information and Analytical Centre of Ugra (MIATs) presented a solution - monitoring of pregnant women. It is a personalized e-card of a pregnant woman, where all the information on the results of observation, analysis and visits is presented. If a woman goes to another medical organization, all collected data is transferred to the new structure.

A separate exposition was dedicated to ​​public services for the population. Citizens had the opportunity to receive advice and fill out an application for a Universal Electronic Card at the stand of Ugra Multifunctional center, to submit documents to the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Ugra, and the Office of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Okrug. At the stand of "Russian Post" exhibition visitors could track the location of a postal item, recharge mobile phone, pay for traffic fines, utilities, etc.

It is important to note that representatives of the Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies demonstrated one of their oldest programs to teach senior citizens computer literacy "e-Citizen". This time, senior people were taught how to use the portal of public services.

Themes of the most part of platforms were related with the Year of child in Ugra. This was noted by the Deputy Governor of Ugra Alexei Putin in his welcoming speech. "The year 2016 is declared the Year of Childhood in Ugra that is why IT in the sphere of higher and secondary education are presented so widely." You could see how pre-schoolers create cartoons, and high school students teach robots to dance at the exhibition. Deputy Head of educational center for the development of a child kindergarten No. 15 (Khanty-Mansiysk) Lyubov Zyryanova presented to the guests the program of pre-school education "Ugra springboard." The special feature of this program is an opportunity to organize the objective and spatial environment for children of preschool age with the activity centers. Experimental activity centers and the center of modeling and designing are presented at the Exhibition this year. Various workshops on robotics, animation creativity, cinema, production of souvenirs, and the creation of 3D-models with 3D-pens were organized for children within the two days of Exhibition. The children created real masterpieces from sand on a workshop on sand animation. In addition, everyone could try creating an animated film with the assistance of experts at the stands of the Ugorskiy kinoprokat (Ugra film distribution), Center for Continuing Education and Polytechnic College of Ugra. As part of the IT Forum, the young participants created their own cartoon, dedicated to this event and demonstrated it at the closing ceremony of the exhibition.

Governor of Ugra Natalia Komarova, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov, Minister of Communications of South Africa Faith Muthambi had an opportunity to experience the latest solutions presented at the exhibition. In addition, the head of the region awarded winners of children's competition on the standard "Hello, robot" — a competition of technical skill between robots made by students of Ugra on the basis of specialized constriction kits.

Closing Ceremony of the Exhibition took place at the stage of CEC Ugra-Expo on the 9th of June. Director of Ugra Department of Information Technologies Yuri Torgashin during his speech stressed that the status of information technology is at a level which attracts specialists from foreign countries: Brazil, India and China. He also noted the increased popularity of the event, "105 participants, more than 3,000 visitors took part in our exhibition. Last year the number was 2,000, so we progress from year to year by almost 50%. " At the end Yuri Torgashin thanked all the participants of the exhibition and the Forum, and took part in the awarding of the winners of the competition on the standard "Hello, robot". The competition was held in two categories "Draftsman" and "Sorter". In total over 60 students between the ages of 7 and 18 years, residing in the territory of the Autonomous Okrug and trained in Roboquantum took part in the competitions.

International chess Internet tournament among children teams from BRICS and the SCO countries took part within the framework of the exhibition. Eight teams from Russia, China, India and Kazakhstan applied for participation in the intellectual competition. In total, 32 people took part in the competition. The game went on for three hours at the venue of the exhibition "Chess in Ugra". The team of Salekhard won the tournament, the second place was taken by Tyumen, and Tomsk won bronze. It was a tournament of friends, all participants and teams received commemorative diplomas.

The winners of competition for information security "UGRA CTF - 2016" were also awarded on the stage. Thirty high school students demonstrated skills to protect information systems from external influences and solve logical problems in this area. Having passed all the stages of the competition, the winners are students of the Ugra Physical and Mathematical Lyceum, who received a gift iPad mini. Second and third places were given to Gymnasium No. 1 and Secondary school with in-depth study of specific subjects No.3 respectively.

Awarding of the winners of the regional contest for the best public access center of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra in 2016 was also held within the framework of the Exhibition. The goal of the competition is to identify and distribute the most successful methods, forms and techniques of work of the center of public access. 23 centers of public access from 17 municipal entities of Ugra participated in the contest.

The winner in the nomination "The best city center of public access" was the center of public access "Mezhposelencheskaya biblioteka" (District library) of the library "Nasledie" (Heritage) in Poikovsky village First place in the category "Best rural center of public access" was awarded to the center of public access Solar model library "Surgut district centralized library system."

The exhibition was held at a high level, new technologies and solutions in the field of information were presented. More than 500 visitors out of 3,000 were children; more than 80 children from the municipal district entities participated, showed their work and were awarded with gifts and diplomas at the stands for active participation in the exhibition.
