GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FORUM

Define the programs of regional development. Coordination of interregional and federal interaction. Development of tactics of behavior in the rapidly changing market.

Maintain the dialogue of experts on joint efforts within the framework of the BRICS / SCO. Discussion of completed projects and development of plans for the near future.

Realize the potential of the autonomous Okrug as a leader in the field of digitization. To reaffirm the Okrug’s aspiration to continue its digital development, to remain open to the interregional communication, to accumulate federal priorities and strengthen its position as the main expert platform of the Russian Federation to promote the joint economic agenda of the BRICS / SCO countries.
TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES, THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES WILL BE MET:

Use the capabilities of the organizations that take part in other international discussions, conferences, symposia and meetings to prepare the Forum and highlight the results of the events.

Continue the practice of hosting annual international conferences on information security in Khanty-Mansiysk with the participation of the BRICS, SCO, CSTO and other countries.

Focus the events of the Forum on discussions and panel sessions held within the framework of specified topics while maintaining open and substantive discussion of the topics which are of interest for the audience and finding solutions to controversial issues.

Organization of exhibition space to enable sharing the results of case studies and for demonstration of interactive presentations.

Identify the forms of cooperation under the program of the Scientific and Technical Initiative.

Discuss the proposals of the subjects of the Russian Federation on achievement of the objectives and target set in the national projects, and on the amount of their financing.

Sign cooperation agreements in the area of development of digital technologies between Russian and foreign companies (organizations).

Demonstrate technological potential of Russian developers of IT products to Russian and foreign experts.
