At the IT Forum, Rostelecom will present the "Safe City"

The "Safe City" Hardware and Software Complex is a multi-level intellectual system for ensuring public safety, law and order, and environmental safety. A single integration platform integrates information monitoring and response systems. These include complexes of automation systems of the single rapid response center of unified duty dispatcher services, video surveillance systems in places of mass gathering, elements of warning systems and "112" service. The "Safe City" Hardware and Software Complex is a large segment of the "Smart City" Project.
The "Safe City" has already been launched in Khanty-Mansiysk for pilot operation: there are 176 surveillance cameras with video analytics, and some of them have face recognition function. "The data processing center has also started operating, a network of environmental integrated monitoring devices has been created. The main users of the system are the unified duty dispatcher service, the call center, and in the future - management companies and resource-supplying organizations. To date, work is underway to form the system in other municipalities included in the district project: Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk, Megion and Sovetsky district", Dmitry Lukoshkov, Director of the Khanty-Mansi Branch of PJSC Rostelecom says.
