Dear participants, please apply for a Russian visa at an Embassy/Consulate General of the Russian Federation nearest to where you live. Please visit their websites for more information (www.mid.ru/en/maps), .
The Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra provides you with a supporting telex number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (you will not need any other types of invitation letters or hotel vouchers as the role of invitation letter will be performed by the said telex).
For the Government of Ugra to submit a supporting note for your entry visa to the Ministry, please fill out the form (please see below) and send it, together with a scan of your passport’s front page to the International Relations Unit of the Government of Ugra (please see contact information below), before 1st of May 2020.
It usually takes about 7 business days (for single entry visas), and up to 14 business days (for multiple visa) to get a telex from the Ministry to the corresponding Russian Embassy/Consulate General confirming that the visa may be issued, and a date to apply.
Once the Government of Ugra sends you the telex number, please provide it to the Russian Embassy/Consulate General, together with all other required documents – please visit their respective websites to make sure which documents are required.
