The XII International IT Forum, a significant event for the region has finished in Ugra. Traditionally, the Forum has become a platform for business meetings and signing of important agreements for Ugra. According to the representatives of foreign countries participating in the Forum, it is the best platform for exchanging experience in the field of information technology development. The discussions focused on the issues of digital transformation of economic sectors, social sphere, Internet security, cyber stability, digital maturity, priority areas for the development and use of artificial intelligence technologies.
Ugra Digital Upgrade started with a plenary session, moderated by Aleksandr Zorin, Director for Regional Policy at ANO Digital Economy.
The III International Conference "Tangible and Intangible Impact of Information and Communication in the Digital Age" continued on June 18. Among the sessions held were Digital Technologies and Society, Digital Transformation of Memory Institutions, Multilingualism and ICTs, Creative Industries and Personal Self-Realization: Are They New Forms of Innovative Economy? Representatives of Russia, Brazil, Botswana, Moldova, Uzbekistan, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Hong Kong (China), Cameroon, Canada, Israel, Uzbekistan, the Philippines, Jamaica delivered more than 30 presentations.
The plenary session within the framework of the Ugra Digital Upgrade strategic session took place in Khanty-Mansiysk during the XII International IT Forum with the participation of the BRICS and SCO countries. Alexey Zabozlaev, Deputy Governor of Ugra , and international experts greeted the participants. Aleksandr Zorin, Director for Regional Policy at ANO Digital Economy, told about the goals and objectives of digital upgrade of different regions.
